Boldness.

Ready for the Moment
The disciples’ boldness wasn’t a one-time experience. They developed a new rhythm of obedience, responsiveness, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. In Acts 3, Peter and John were ready when an unexpected opportunity came, and in Acts 4, after being threatened, they gathered with their friends and prayed for greater boldness. The Holy Spirit continued to fill them and empower them to speak about Jesus with courage.
The Spirit Changes Us
Peter was not the same man who had denied Jesus just weeks earlier. The Holy Spirit gave him power and clarity, transforming his fear into confidence as he stood before thousands and proclaimed Jesus. Peter didn’t become bold because he suddenly became naturally fearless. He became bold because he was empowered by the Holy Spirit and found himself in the place God had called him to be.

Undignified for His Glory
Michal despised David’s uninhibited worship, viewing it as beneath his royal dignity. David’s response is striking: “I will become even more undignified than this.” He refused to let human opinion dictate his worship of God. How often do we hold back in worship because of what others might think? Fear of looking foolish, concerns about our reputation, or worry about being judged can build invisible walls around our hearts. True worship isn’t driven by public opinion but by a passionate desire to honor God. David was willing to appear contemptible in human eyes to be honorable before God. Today, ask yourself: Am I more concerned with God’s opinion or people’s? Surrender your pride and worship God with abandonment, regardless of who’s watching.

The Power of Jesus’ Name
Peter had no silver or gold, but he possessed something infinitely more valuable: the name of Jesus. That name healed the lame beggar, and that same name brings salvation to all who call upon it. When threatened by religious authorities who demanded silence, Peter boldly proclaimed that salvation exists in no other name. This wasn't religious superiority; it was witnessed reality. Peter had seen Jesus crucified, buried, and resurrected. He had experienced transformation that no other philosophy or religion could provide. The exclusivity of Jesus isn't about limiting options—it's about proclaiming the only solution that actually works. Today, consider: have you experienced the power of Jesus' name in your own life? Your testimony becomes your boldness.

From Darkness to Light
Nicodemus, who first came to Jesus by night, eventually stepped into the light. After the crucifixion, he publicly identified with Jesus, bringing burial spices and caring for His body. The secret seeker became a bold disciple. When he encountered the resurrected Christ, Nicodemus must have understood fully what being
