Reading: **Luke 1:26–38** Be sure to highlight or note anything that stands out to you while you read. Be attentive to both what you highlighted in the passage and what is going on in your life. ** Mary had no status, wealth, or influence—yet God chose her. He wasn’t looking for credentials; He was looking for surrender. God calls ordinary people to extraordinary purposes because His power fills what we lack. Your weaknesses don't disqualify you—your willingness qualifies you. God often chooses the people the world overlooks because their hearts are ready to say, “Let it be to me according to Your word.”** Now, take 10 minutes to seek God in prayer… 1. Begin your time in prayer by taking 1-3 minutes to sit in silence (You can take longer if you sense the Spirit already beginning to speak to you). 2. Pray through the things you sensed God speaking to you through the Scriptures or pray the following prayer: **Lord, help me surrender my insecurities and trust that Your calling is greater than my limitations.** 3. Close by taking 5 minutes to sit in silence, asking God if there is anything else He wants to speak to you today. **Take Action:** 1. List the “disqualifications” you feel and place them before God in prayer. 2. Say aloud a simple declaration: “I am available, Lord.
